I am offering Psychotherapy sessions in two ways:

  • Face to face psychotherapy session in a cozy and reachable office at Sofia center;

  • Online counselling / therapy, which allow me to reach and help more people in the right time, who otherwise be left without psychological support. Gives everyone freedom and the same opportunities to get help with their worries.

Useful information:

The goal of our first sesion is an assessment of your needs and to agree on the manner and structure of psychotherapeutic work. If we develop a good and trustful contact with each other, than it will be easier and effortless to turn to me for help and counselling.

Choosing individual counselling and psychotherapy, you receive context for exploring your own creativity, working for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, increasing autonomy and developing healthy boundaries.

This method enables you to work to increase your autonomy, your ability to assert your opinions and positions, to reconsider your beliefs, your problems, to change yourself and to develop your ability to put healthy boundaries in relationships with others.

Last but not least, individual therapy give you insight about your relationships with significant others and world around.

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interaction between family members.

Family relationships are viewed as important for good mental health. You can use family therapy when: have to adjust to new family member; child is having problematic behavior; change affecting entire family (trauma, divorce, loss of family member and etc.); conflict with extended family members and etc.

I use techniques based on strategic, system and structural family therapy models. Family therapy can have positive outcomes, developing and maintaining healthy boundaries between family members.

Couple therapy is treating maladaptive relational patterns, - emotional bond between partners and unresolved conflicts.

Sometime couples prevent themselves for seeking help early on because of many reasons. In case of serious long-standing problems couple therapy is challenging and time consuming, requiring a great deal of commitment and effort for both partners. Advise you get help in time when it is needed.

As a marriage and family therapist, I am able to help people involved in romantic relationship to resolve conflict and improve their relationship satisfaction, utilizing a variate of therapeutic interventions.

Basic principles are focusing on specific problem couples want to work and treating the relationship itself, rather than each individual separately.
